This Privacy Policy explains how Power AI Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of our website www.aiptapp.com (the "Website") and our application AI-PT (the "App," and together with the Website referred to as the "Services"). - Body Scan Photos: With your consent, we may use your Body Scan photos to improve our Services, such as enhancing our AI Body Scan feature.

- Log Data: This includes information your browser sends when you use our Website or access the App, such as your IP address, browser type, and access time.

- Usage Information: We collect data on the features you use, your actions within the Services, your time zone, country, access dates and times, and operating system information.

- Device Information: This includes your device model and type, unique device identifiers, and operating system details.

- Workout Movement Data: We track your movements during workouts by marking your image with dots to provide feedback. This data is processed on your device, and only the dot information is stored on our servers to analyze technology effectiveness and user fit.

- Purchase Information: We collect details about your in-app purchases, including transaction times and subscription information.

- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use these to operate and improve our Services. For more details, see Section 10.

### Health Data Integration:

We may collect iOS Health app and/or Healthkit data (including date of birth, heart rate, height, sex, weight and workouts), which is covered by this Privacy Policy, if you choose to provide it. Users are not required to share this information and can choose not to provide it when asked. AI-PT also allows users to send workout and Active Energy data from AI-PT to be written to Healthkit, should they choose. AI-PT maintains all HealthKit Information in accordance with Apple's development guidelines.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- To provide and maintain our Services, including creating personalized workout plans and enabling AI Assistant communications.

- To improve and develop our Services and new features.

- To verify your age eligibility for using the App.
